2am & I find a washing machine downstairs that had been stuck on the rinse cycle ... for hours. My first groggy early morning thought was, "Grab some towels to clean this up!" Reality quickly set in, though, as the kitchen floor mats floated by. I remembered the '7247247' jingle from the radio ads & took the chance ... having no idea really who to call first. From the beginning, the staff was reassuring ... and the first associate was on site in less than an hour. They explained the process & worked diligently throughout the night, as we basically had to "move out" of the 1st floor of our house. They came back for the next 4 days until everything was dry & ready for the insurance adjuster. This team made what seemed to be an impossible middle of the night task into something that was within reach. Each staff person sent to our home was courteous and reassuring.
