It was really an anomaly what happened with my pool system. It was something completely and totally unexpected. Nobody's ready to get a phone call at work on a Friday afternoon whereby it's being described to you that your pool is draining 15,000 gallons of water into your garage. You kind of don't know what to do.

Fortunately for me, I have a home manager and he had DisasterPlus in his Rolodex. When I got to the house they were on their way and just took control. They were able to bring in pumps and other equipment and basically just said, "Stand aside. Sit down and let us take care of it."

I thought it was going to be a lot worse than it was. 24 hrs later my garage was completely dried out and there really wasn't too much damage. My only real expense is with my pool. What had happened was the turbine in the pool vacuum blew up the system.

DisasterPlus were totally knowledgeable in what they were doing. They put me totally at ease. I just backed off. I'm definitely a Type A person and my blood pressure didn't get up at all. 48 hrs later it just looked like my garage got a washing.
