Expert Pest Control was very professional. I don't know how they could have been any more professional, and they seem to have solved the problem, although it's only been a week and a half. I think they worked very hard and did everything I think they could do. I was given good advice by Carl on what ways to be prepared beforehand. He was here and apparently oversaw most of the most of the operations, although I understand he had to go back for more materials, since they didn't have enough chemicals. So, the experience was fine.

Carl is extremely easy to talk to and explained everything. The technician did a good job and was very professional, but there were a few things he said he was 100-percent certain of that I know for a fact aren't true. I don't think he's lying, but it seemed like he kind of assumed I was just a customer that didn't know anything. Unfortunately, I have already dealt with this same problem twice before.
