Everything was explained fully on first visit, install was both timely and very neatly done, unexpected issue was immediately addressed and repaired, and follow-up visit was helpful with clear reiteration of what we needed to do to maintain system, what they would do for yearly maintenance and service, and when, and all questions answered knowledgeably.
