Farmers Insurance has fully reviewed Dorian Munceys engine failure and has denied the claim and determined that Mr. Munceys 1999 Jaguar was brought to us with this pre-existing engine oil problem.
Farmers Insurance has nevertheless offered to pay the claim in full if Mr. Muncey has a third party qualified independent Auto Repair Facility verify that it was not a pre-existing problem and for some reason our production staff negligence would have caused his engine failure.
Farmers Insurance sent certified letters explaining to Mr. Muncey their adjuster findings as well as his options. However, Mr. Dorian has not accepted any of these Farmers Insurance certified letters.
We have explained many many times to Mr. Muncey that his claim with Farmers Insurance is their matter and that Farmers requires us not involve ourselves any further as they are handling it, like any insurance company would do.
Finally, we care a GREAT DEAL about Mr. Munceys problem and are sincerely sorry about his engine failure, but unfortunately we are caught up in the middle of their dispute. We have repeatedly asked Mr. Muncey to simply have a third party review the findings as Farmers requests. Unfortunately, as of yet, Mr. Muncey has refused to do so for now over 45 days.
