The tech was professional and courteous and keep me well informed about what he was doing. The office staff made it easy to set up an appointment and they answered all my questions about the invoice. Both the annual service call (check-up appointment) and the service call to fix a broken part of my furnace were excellent. I will continue to use Marr and recommend them to others.
