Ken Marr of Marr's Heating, is a very personable man. He is is very thorough and really tries especially hard to customize the heating system to what you want, and to help save you money too. He tailors it to what your needs are, and what you want economically. The only reason I gave a 4 for service is because at the very start of the job, he tended to leave us hanging before returning our calls, but that's the only thing that keeps me from rating them higher in that category. Otherwise, it was a good experience and we are very satisfied.
