My initial experiences with Custer Roberson were amazing, but after my hearing I very much felt as though I was abandoned by them. My issues were no longer of concern; I didn't get return emails or return phone calls and had to submit my credit counseling class to the court myself. I submitted my certificate to the email addresses as instructed 5 different times and continued to receive letters from the office saying it hadn't been received. I got a letter from the bankruptcy court saying that I'd missed my deadline and was being given another to submit my certificate and the appropriate form. I finally gave up on getting any help from the attorneys who I had paid to assist me and submitted it to the courts myself.

If I hadn't been so completely ignored after my hearing, my review would be very different.
