I called on Friday after Thanksgiving and was quoted $85 for a service call. I requested a visit. He never called the next day. When my wife called on Monday there was no record of my request. He came the next day and told her it was $189 for the service call. He was polluted and solved our problem but they cheated us by misrepresenting themselves.
