We recently purchased a hot tub and were certainly not aware of all of the additional work needed to install it. Jared provided an estimate and came out to do the initial work shortly thereafter. He was efficient, professional, and respectful of our home. He was careful to ensure that all of his work was tidy and cleaned up. Once we had the hot tub in place, he came back out to finish the work. He never tired of my questions and was very conscientious of his work. I must say that he was more helpful than the people we purchased the tub fromow, that is service. We look forward to using Jared at Black Diamond again in the future.
