I was really impressed with the experience overall, compared to past moves with other companies. Especially John Gish, who coordinated the whole thing for us, was very responsive. He called me back when he had questions and was very accessible and honest.

The movers themselves, Joe and his coworkers, were just really nice and took really good care of us and our things. One downside, and I talked to John about it already, is that the car moving company they contract out with left a few things to be desired. I think he heard my feedback, but I don't know if he will make any adjustments. All in all, Accountable Moving did a fantastic job.
