Philip Smith was a great guy to work with. He made it VERY clear to us what was going on and what needed to be further looked at. He explained himself very well. We had absolutely NO questions when he was done. Took his time inspecting and explaining and had lots of patience with our toddler running around. Thank you for such a great experience!
