Wouldn't use again due to pricing discrepancy

I was a little unsatisfied with Chem-Dry of Tennessee. They gave me an estimate of 155 dollars, which I realize is a rough estimate, but I did have a coupon. When the job was done, it was 312 dollars, even with the coupon in consideration.

The price doubled and that was just to do the bare minimum-I was hoping he would do the two spots and now I'll have to do those by renting a machine and doing it myself. The work was done well and the guy doing the job isn't to blame-that's just the way the company seems to reel you in.

We never high-pressure or try to "Sell" you. We simply want you to be happy with the selection you have chosen and most importantly be totally satisfied with the work performed.
