This most recent time there was a little bit of a mix up, they had me down under someone else's name but had the right address so they showed up a little late. The person who showed up to clean explained everything to me though, so it was not a problem. We've had our carpet cleaned by them 3 or 4 times now and they have always done a good job. We always like the service we get. Most recently, our carpets were cleaned by Chad, he did a good job and was thorough.
