Our carpets and rugs are only 6 years old and for the first 4 years shoes were never worn inside the house. However, the past 2 years we have worn our shoes plus I have added 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rabbit, 2 birds and a 19 year old stepdaughter and her friends. In other words, the carpets were a mess. Jason came in a did a thorough inspection and advised us up front not sure if he could remove all of the puppy stains in the landing areas. I believe it took just over 2 hours to complete 4 rooms, 30 steps, 1 landing area and 3 rugs. I would say he was able to remove 100 stains in most areas however as he warned it was difficult in the landing areas. Regardless, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chem-Dry of TN to anyone interested in receiving quality work at a fair price!!!
