I've used Chem-Dry of Tennessee a couple of times. They are professional and easy to set up appointments with. They arrive on time, or are even early sometimes, which I like. They come in and do it as fast as they can but are completely efficient. They explain everything they are doing and always provide a good service. I'll definitely use them again.
