We are very loyal customers of Chem-Dry. Jason has cleaned our carpets the last few times and always done a fantastic job. This time his machine actually malfunctioned without him knowing it. When we got home we noticed some missed spots on our carpet. We have never had this problem before, so we called Chem-Dry. Jason came back out and recleaned it for free and now it looks great! We will definitely use Chem-dry again in the future.
