The work done was exceptional and professional. The work done did fix the problem. The 'fix' was also what I would consider an upgrade from what was discussed. The only issue could be from a communication between office and work team gap. There is a President's program which when purchased lowers the final cost of the work done. It is a good program and I purchased it for quarterly assessments and work on house systems. However, I also was told that there was a Senior Discount. When I was informed by my daughter what the final bill was there was no Senior Discount. When I asked the office about this as I was told the two would be figured in - I was informed that one or the other but not both apply. Therefore, Seniors - if you purchase the President's Package there is no Senior Discount - the two are mutually exclusive.
