The owner of One on One Personal Training is David. I have known David for over twenty years. He has been my own personal trainer for that 20 year period. He is very professional and very interested in helping me reach the goal's I want to achieve.

He runs his business just like he trains me, very well. The main advantage to One on One is that it is such a small club so you know all the trainers and all the other people who come there to work out.
