Easy and Efficient, but very automated
This is a fantastic service. It was very easy. My only complaints are the difficulty in reaching our processor and loan officer. We couldn't reach anyone over the weekend at the signing. Emails weren't returned at times.
However, our loan closed and we are very happy with the results.
