I researched A LOT of mortgage lenders and finally a friend recommended Box Home Loans. I peeked at their website and was amazed at how quickly they provided me with a quote. Then Regan called and started the ball rolling. He was really nice and helpful, but then he went on vacation for a week. Not what I needed when starting a new mortgage application. My loan processor was Steve. He was also very nice, but then went on vacation when my loan was ending... terrible timing for me. In the end, the mortgage was approved and all worked well.
