This was my second re-fi with BHL and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was highly professional, made timely full disclosures, and provided excellent rates. The online application process was seamless and I could track the progress of my application each day. Nevertheless, in mid-process, I was lured by the promise of a lower rate by another lender and cancelled my rate lock with BHL. Of course, that other lender never came through and I ended up closing my second re-fi with BHL. BHL even refunded my rate lock cancellation fee and allowed me to use the same appraisal I had already paid for. I learned a valuable lesson and will always make BHL my first and last stop for home financing.
