Gave me some incorrect information, but supervisors were great to fix it.
This is the second time I have used Box Home Loans and on the whole, it was a good experience. I was told a couple of incorrect things, but once I got the supervisor involved, they were very good to fix it. I also liked that the founder sent an e-mail explaining the delays.
