Applications seem to sit, with no activity, and there is no feedback as to the status of a loan application. Even their "My Account" page, which is suppose to keep applicants updated, remains the same with outdated information. When I did speak to someone, it was very apparent they were swamped and overwhelmed by the work load.......yet I continued to hear radio advertising for Box Home Loans.
