Great rate but poor service
I am happy with the rate we got, but I had to constantly call the company for things they should have called me about. I had to call numerous times about closing or we would have missed it. I constantly got voice mail that never got returned, emails never got returned, the whole process was stressful and they made it much more stressful because of the lack of customer service.
