Great service and great rates
My refinance with box home loans was flawless. The processor was on the ball and responsive. The only complaint I have is with the closing company that is contracted with box home loans. Apparently, the notary didn't turn in my closing check which delayed the closing process a bit and caused me a lot of interruptions while I was in a meeting one day. So my only suggestion is that box home loans contracts with a different closing company.
