Disappointed in the communication
We are disappointed in Accredited Appliance in that their communication with us about being able to fix a wine refrigerator was poor. We asked before the service staff came out if they could fix it and they said yes. We had given them the make and model number of the unit we wanted fixed.
When the unit was evaluated we were told that the repair cost would be more than the unit was worth. We paid for them to come out and we understand paying for service but I would not recommend this company because of their not taking the time to research it and provide us an honest assessment over the phone. More along the lines "Yes we can probably fix it but it will cost you more or about the same as a new unit." would have been greatly appreciated.
I would give them credit in that we got next day service but that still doesn't make up for, in our opinion, poor communication.
