I rarely give 5 stars for anything. I had to give Colonial Tax 5 stars in every category. First of all, these are the nicest people I have ever worked with. From the first conversation, I felt that things were finally going to be ok. I had a huge tax liability hanging over me. They pulled my transcripts and told me my options. They gave me an upfront total cost for their service and there were no surprises. And by the way, the rate was very fair! You will be surprised at how reasonable they are. You can tell it isn't just about the money for them. They proved to me that they truly care about their clients. Today, my tax liability is completely gone. Words can't express the weight that has been lifted off of my shoulders.
