I can't say enough about the professionalism of the Colonial Staff. I had such a horrible tax challenge but they made it so simple and straightforward. From the response to my first phone call I knew I had made the right decision. The staff was open, basic, straightforward and supportive. No matter the question I asked, the response was clear and reassuring. I especially appreciated the excellent support I received from Michelle Herrington. What a difference she made. I definitely plan to use her next year!!
