Roy Theisen did a terrific job doing electrical work at my residence. What impressed me more was his professionalism and the fact that an estimated 2-3 hour job ended up taking half a day. And through it all he still only charged me for 3 hours. Amazing! There were some challenges no doubt which were frustrating. However, he kept his composure and didn't stop until the work was done right. He even went the extra mile by going to the store to buy a copper ground to fix a problem that's been going on for sometime.

You were great and I appreciate your hard work and professionalism. There needs to be more Roy's in the world. Handyman Matters is fortunate to have you aboard their team.
