We stayed for 3 months. Would have stayed longer if we didnt need a 2 bed 2 bath set up. We didnt use the gym, golf, or car wash but took advantage of the restaurant coupons, yummy. We used the bbq grills many times, folks were good cleaning them after use. The pool and spa were used daily, ahh. It was nice to have a beverage machine next to the pool. Our king bed was super comfy, but our spa tub was rather weak. The smart tv's were smarter than I, and I had no desire to figure them out. It was just easier to chromecast and fire stick. The internet was speedy almost always. We also enjoyed the park next door, it is truly lovely. The popcorn and doughnuts are a guilty pleasure offered at the office daily. Anytime something didnt work right maintenance was right on it. Didn't really use the maid service offered. Being a neat freak I just prefer to clean myself. The laundry room was tidy and not too expensive. The office staff were always upbeat, genuinely friendly, and ready to assist. The location was within walking distance to many fast foods, groceries, hair salons, and a bar next door. Realatively peaceful area. I would reccomend an apartment somewhere along the courtyard of the pool.
