Unimpressed with Customer Service
I had a difficult time getting work scheduled with the office - kept getting delayed and rescheduled for various reasons. Finally got someone out to give me an estimate. They priced job, but everything costs extra. You have to get your own materials, supplies or Handyman Matters charges you 30 up charge PLUS hourly rate to go pick up. I couldn't get them to quote me the complete job or give me a price for everything involved. In a nutshell, got a price which I expected to include start to finish (i.e. repairs and cleanup) with me having to get the materials myself, but found a mess in the backyard of all siding, used materials after the job was completed. Had to hire someone else to clean up HandyMan Matter's mess. I replied to an email from the President when he sent my invoice, but he didn't acknowledge my complaint. I paid the bill in full, even though I didn't think the estimate was explained accurately or presented professionally. They should have told me the estimate didn't include removing the debris after they completed the work. Not impressed.
