I thought Sunshine Floor Covering were patient and cooperative with out order. I had ordered carpet to make sure I would have it in the meantime while I was tiling a floor, and the experience of tiling the floor went on for almost a good year before it was finished.

They were very patient and I even offered to pay them a little more, but Sibyl said that they were fine. The carpet just sat there a year before I could get it installed. Service is always important to me as a customer, and they fulfilled excellently my expectation of them.
