Floor Coverings International of Kingwood, TX is wonderful. Although there was a little problem that turned up, I understand that it wasn't their fault. They handled the issue very well. Overall, they did an excellent job on my floor and their customer service was exceptional. Their follow up is great as owner personally came in and inspected the job. He was very helpful in answering my questions and very thorough in explaining things to me.

The installation process was very fast and efficient. Their cleanup process was also very good. They left the area with very little debris, which makes it easy on my part because I don't have the time to clean. Their service was excellent and the quality of their work was great. I have already recommended them to my neighbor!
