I had my hair dyed today April 11 I paid the bill of over $90, but was embarrassed to ask why it was so high. I came home and called to question it. I was charged $35 for s blowout.! Did you want me to leave with wet hair! No one told me there’s an extra charge to dry my hair. I’ve had my hair done in Pilo a few times now but I don’t I’ll be coming back.
