I was a steady customer of Pilo Arts for many years until my stylist left, so I followed him.
He is no longer living in this state so I decided to go back to Pilo in hope's to find someone equally as good.
I just called to book an appointment with Victoria for Sunday @ 2:30 p.m.
The first girl that answered the phone was very polite & courteous. However in the middle of our conversation the call was dropped so I had to call back to complete my booking.
Unfortunately another woman answered the phone.
She was condescending, rude a total $@!#%!
She literally turned my stomach into a knot.
It saddens me that a place I used to frequent for year's treated me so inprofessionally.
I'll never give them my business again.
Pilo Arts customer service gets a thumbs down in my book .smh
I had no choice but to give 1 star in order to submit review but they dont even deserve that.
