My 2001 Infinity ZX-1 required a new PCM fuel control cell. I was shopping around because of the $600 price tag. The pros at skidim knew that PCM was aware of the problem and had redesigned the failed sub-component and made it available, yet no one as selling it. The retrofitted component was an $80 expense.
