I've been using Discount Inboard Marine for years. I've bought everything from gaskets to impellers to an entire transmission (cheaper than having the dealer rebuild mine...). I've gone to them for advice, and received good, clear answers. It'd be hard to imagine a better source for ski boat engine parts.
