I had been a long time Rackspace customer, abandoned ship a few years back when we moved to the Magento platform, which they were just starting to get familiar with, went to Crucial, who provided onlu a decent service, and then found Nexcess. I have never looked back. If you are using Magento, nexcess is the company to work with. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic and easily compares to Rackspace's "Fanataical service". I highly recommend Nexcess.
