We have had our websites hosted at Nexcess.net for a few years now. I'm not the most technically proficient person so I have had to ask Nexcess for help a number of times. Every time they have responded quickly and resolved my issue without hesitation. I have worked with many other companies including other hosting companies and have found the customer service at nexcess to be top notch!!
