Nothing is too much trouble - every customer is a VIP based on my dealings with Nexcess. Although I am in Australia I have never waiting more than an hour for a response and solution from Nexcess.
They have assisted me in many ways, some things other than my hosting service, which helped me to define and solve "my" problem.
