The customer support at Nexcess is the best I have encountered hands down. I am not particularly tech-savvy and have often needed assistance - Greg Swaney (the best!) has consistently been prompt, patient and helpful and has had to twice (sorry!) restore my site after I accidentally messed things up. I started out at GoDaddy and it is a different world in terms of the support Nexcess has given me. I will NEVER switch - they are the best!
