Extreme Customer Support!
We're a new customer with Nexcess (just signed up 2 weeks ago) so we don't have a LOT of experience with them yet. But the support they've given us so far in setting up a new Magento store has been truly amazing! Makes me feel really smart for choosing them as our new hosting company, and I like feeling smart. :-)
