We've been up and running on our Nexcess server for a few days now. The transition has been smoother than I could have imagined. Nexcess has been quick to help with the few questions and issues I've encountered. Whether it be something as simple as whitelisting IPs for SSH or a complete server reimage, they have been on top of it. It was incredibly refreshing to submit a ticket after hours and have somebody working on it in the middle of the night. That's dedication. I'm glad my company has found a partner it can trust and count on.
