They did an OK job. When back cleaning the returns lines from unit, there was a lot of dust pushed backed into the house. I also thought they were clumsy with equipment like banging equipment down the stairs and putting equipment and supplies directly on oriental rugs. Also I had to show them a few vents they missed which means they had to reset their equipment. Also there was no attempt to take painted vent off cleanly. This means when removing cover they also pulled paint from ceiling and when they installed they did not covered correctly. They should use a razor to cleanly separate.
