Pre-installation they came out twice to my house to help me pick the right color because I was matching to existing floors. They did not try to upsell me, and their quote was almost exactly what I paid. He said way me need more cement to level the floor out, but he warned me ahead of time and we ended up needing some. I picked them because I wanted to go with someone local and they had great reviews.
