I emailed asking for information on getting a Solotube fixed after roofers had broken it. Capitol City called and set up a time to inspect and fixed it on my schedule. They worked hard as it was quite hot in the attic and access is not easy. But it was fixed in a couple of hours and now is even better than new (they added a feature).
Very satisfied.
