Ok...For starters, this was not a simple "boy meets guitar, boy buys guitar" sort of a deal. The high-end vintage 0-21 Martin I wanted required multiple trade-ins for me to even consider pulling it off and Joe was about as patient and honest and generous as a human could be. End result... I am STOKED with the Martin and beyond pleased with the way I was treated as a customer. Cream City Music no ka 'oi!!
