Brian was great at CCM, helping me with a beautiful red Hofner. I drove 75 miles to pick it up, after making a deal with Brian on their website's online chat. The guitar is beautiful and plays great. Brian got it all set up and made the trip well worthwhile. I will definitely be back to Cream City in the future!
