I came across Anchorage on the internet. Not knowing what to expect, I called all while driving through from California back home to El Paso Tx. Although I failed to mention that I was near, I decided to stop by and was greeted by Carmen (the complex manager). She was awesome! She quickly gave me and my wife a tour of the place. Once back in El Paso, I couldnt help but realize that the price is superb compared to other locations Phoenix. The freebies and no brainer and something no other complex offered. Im here on business and need a place to live that will not interfere with my day to day with drama stemming from the tenants, nor over powering property managers. This is definately the place to come to. Carmen has been an extraordinary host/ manager and has been very attentive to the wellness of the complex and its tenants. My wife and I are very thankful for her. The assistant manager is extremely informative, knowledgeable and very dependable. The whole community feels welcomed and very much like a friends not just tenants. I highly recommend this place to any and all people looking for a bargain cost, awesome freebies, excellent living, and highly responsible communication bewteen tenants and managers. Dont hesitate, youll love it here.
